I confirm that i understand the following policies Cancellation Policy: 48 hour cancellation policy. Scheduled appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advance or I understand I will be charged 70% of my service total. Late policy: I understand that if I arrive after 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment, my appointment will be cancelled and I will forfeit my full deposit. A new deposit will be required in order to schedule a new appointment. No show: I understand that if I do not show or fail to cancel my appointment beforehand, I will no longer be given an appointment with Diana and all deposits will be forfeited. Children/Extra Guests: I understand that no children or extra guest, that are not receiving services, are not allowed at scheduled appointment. If I bring an extra guest or child, I will be required to reschedule my appointment and forfeit my deposit. • CHANGING SERVICE WITHIN THE 48 HOURS OR THE DAY OF UR APPOINTMENT FROM COLOR TO CUT ONLY WILL REQUIRE A 80% OF TOTAL SERVICE ORIGINALLY BOOKED FOR.
